Privacy Policy

Your photos

• Photos never leave your browser. Face detection, quality analysis, rating, cropping, and file generation all run locally on your device. There is no photo upload endpoint, and our server stores no photos.
• Never public. Nothing you add to the tool is published, shared, or visible to anyone else.
• Not used to train AI. Your photos are never used to train any model.
• Automatically deleted. Photos live in the page memory: close the tab and they are gone. Delete Now immediately clears the photos on the page and your browser’s local purchase and usage records. Payment and support records described below are separate from the photos.

Photo storage: on your device

Photo analysis, cropping, output generation, and file delivery run in your browser. There is no photo upload endpoint and no server-side photo storage. Separate payment endpoints create and confirm PayPal orders without receiving photos, filenames, or crop data. To send receipts and handle support, the server keeps a private record of the order code, email, payment references, access expiry, support requests, and mail delivery status. Your local purchase record restores access in the browser you paid in; it does not support cross-device recovery. Keep your original photos and save your progress before closing or refreshing the page.

Orders, email, and payments

• Your checkout email is used for the order receipt and support updates. The configured email provider is Resend; it receives the recipient, order/support email text, and reply address, never baby photos or attachments. Replies go to jameszhang.build@gmail.com for manual handling.
• If sending is not configured or fails, the tool shows the actual queued, blocked, retrying, or failed state. Acceptance by the email provider is shown separately from delivery to the receiving mail server. An explicit Test Mode simulates mail and is labelled as such.
• PayPal checkout is being tested in Sandbox with virtual funds. Missing payment configuration disables checkout; it does not simulate a successful purchase. An explicitly enabled local demo mode is labelled Test Mode.
• When you choose PayPal checkout, your browser loads PayPal’s checkout software and you enter payment information with PayPal. PayPal handles that information under its own privacy policy; no photos are sent to the payment APIs.
• Download access lasts 7 days. Local records remain until you press Delete Now or clear browser storage. Minimal server order and support records are kept separately to handle receipts, requests, and payment reconciliation, including after the download window closes. Delete Now does not erase those server records, provider email records, or PayPal transaction records. Contact the support address to request removal of your support information.

Support requests

Submit a rework or refund request from your purchase panel, with your order code and a brief explanation. Please do not submit baby photos, passport numbers, or identity documents. Submitting a request does not issue a refund or consume the free rework. Rework remains available for review after the 7-day download window; approval restores download access for 7 days. Refunds are manually reviewed and completed through the payment provider before their completion is recorded in the tool.

Usage analytics

We record anonymous funnel events (for example: photo check started, check finished, result viewed) to improve the tool. In this build those events stay in your browser’s local storage, are deleted by Delete Now, and are never sent to a third party. If a hosted analytics service is added at launch, this page will name it and state what it receives before any change goes live.

Children’s data

This tool processes photos of babies by design, at the direction of a parent or guardian, solely to produce a passport-style photo file. Nothing is used for profiling, advertising, or any secondary purpose.
